Dear Mentors and/or Parents

On April 29th at 9:30am during the Worship Service you will have the opportunity, in approximately 2-3 minutes, to encourage your student in their faith.

This can be done by:

1. Sharing about your experience together.

Ideas to get you thinking: Your experience of them, the process of mentoring, humorous story, meaningful story etc…

2. Encouraging them with a bible verse.

Ideas to get you thinking: Perhaps a verse that speaks of their life or faith, a characteristic they’ve demonstrated or that expresses a prayer or hope you have for them for their future etc…

3. Afrrim/Encourage your student in the faith.

After your student has shared their faith story, you’ll come to the front and stand by them as you share your thoughts and a bible verse.
